1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The product is unused, in original condition, and returned within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original packaging.
A clear photo of the product and packaging must be provided at the time of raising the return request.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:Contact our support team within 2 days of receiving the order.
Share your order details and the issue along with photos.
Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.
3. Return Pickup
Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup. Please ensure the product is securely packed. In some cases, you may be asked to send the product back using a local courier service.4. Refund Process
Since we offer only Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, based on your preference.
Please allow 5–7 business days after return approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:Used, worn, or damaged items not caused during shipping.
Requests made after the 2-day window from delivery.
